HIP CARs vs. HIP CIRCLES The goal of performing HIP CARs is twofold: * To intentionally drive blood supply, nutrients, and oxygen to the hip joint. * To develop neurological control and awareness of the hip’s movement through space. To reap these benefits, we must infuse intention into our movements. Perform the exercises slowly and attentively, focusing on how the rest of your body reacts. This is a hip-focused exercise, and no other body part should join the party. If this means drawing smaller circles, so be it—chances are, your range of motion is more limited than you think. Eco-Atlas is a symbol that suggests upholding the living planet is humanity’s sacred task. The eyes of a conscious Earth show concern. Eco-Atlas kneels on the heavens, arms upraised in a sign of worship to Mother Nature, inviting the viewer to consider the gravity of their relationship with our precious home.
