Let’s chat self care and healing. Today would have been my best friend Jens 40th. However life can be unfair. And she has been gone 3 years. Today I’m mad and sad. And all the things. 3 years ago on her last birthday she was in the hospital and all she wanted was Mexican food. And bohemian sing along. So today self care looks like making her wish happen. And hoping she will send a sign she is right her with me. Some days taking care of you is breathing, letting go and watching a movie.

So summer is going great… 😂🙄 I totally herding squirrels 🐿 here. Just me? Anyone else? Please tell me your fun cheap ideas to keep kids busy. Cant do too much outside cause AZ is HOT.

Hot stones are some of my favorite ways to massage. It melts the muscles. And feels so good! I use the stones as an extension of my hands. Baseball season is almost over. And this has been what it looks likes after every game. Best way for muscles to recover to to cup them. And massage them out. Followed by an epsom sat bath. Arizona has such pretty sunsets!! I get asked all the time “so when should I come back?” My answer is always “as often as you want or need. But I say every 3-6 weeks”.

This is my favorite! Scrub, hot stones and cups. Ahhh the perfect combination! Hot stones melt those muscles and cupping helps get the blood flowing. And the scrub give you new fresh soft skin.

This kids is so lucky to have me as his mom. 😂🤪💕🤷‍♀️ Baseball season means his arm HURTS. He now tells me exactly what treatments he wants. And what sports cream or essential oils he needs. So proud of the boy I’m raising. And thankfully I can give some pain relief
