Early workouts only work if you’re respecting two non-negotiables:
✅ Prioritizing sleep the night before
✅ Fueling recovery after, not just grinding through
If you’re dragging through your mornings, injured, craving sugar all day—it’s not the early hour’s fault.
It’s the broken recovery behind it.
Early mornings aren't the enemy.
Unrecovered bodies are.
Your best workout window is the one your body can consistently recover from—whether that's 5 AM or 5 PM.
Respect the cycle. Respect the system. Results follow.
