I am loving keratin tips lately and my slower days in the salon. It’s the calm before the storm!

My first client making the swap from wefts to keratin tips! She has been wearing our left method for the last few years and today she decided to make a big switch!

The switch is going to give her more styling flexibility, more movement and give her a more effortless style day to day.

She also won’t be needing any maintenance over the next 3 to 4 months because with keratin tips, once they’re installed, we get 3 to 4 months of wear before they need replacing.

When it comes to running a business, you have to start to learn when your peak seasons are, and when you’re slow seasons are into just trust that it is normal for your business to fluctuate.

This doesn’t mean stop marketing yourself. Use this as your time to reevaluate your business, plan for the future and continue to market for whenever people are coming back and needing their hair done.

I’ve seen this year over year in my business where July is just a record slow month for us. And I can say that in full confidence because I do consistent marketing, we do all of the things we do every other month and they’re just is less demand in July.

Don’t beat yourself up over it! Just let this be your time to reevaluate and get yourself geared up for the busy season that’s ahead!
