📣Street Team Volunteer Call! 📣
We are looking for a few volunteers to help us hang flyers and drop off handbills at various locations around town.

Street Team Tasks:
🗺️Hanging posters/flyers at approved local spots
📌 Asking businesses to display materials
🔗Sharing a QR code/link so people can sign up or learn more

What it’s not: door-to-door fundraising or paid canvassing.

Time/Support:
Flexible volunteer shifts
We provide materials, quick training, and a list/map of locations
Go solo or with a buddy; follow business rules and only hang flyers with permission

Know Before You Go - Accessibility ♿

Tucson Meet Yourself recognizes that at least 25% of people in the United States have a disability, and as such, we have created greater accessibility for our festival.

TMY 2025 will have a TMY Accessibility Tent located at the southeast corner of Jácome Plaza, at the intersections of Pennington St. and Stone Ave. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill all access requests made during the festival. Sound👂
- Select performances, conversations, panels, and events will have ASL, CART, and EnglishSpanish interpretation.
- Performance and presentation stages with amplified sound may be loud at times throughout the day as they host music, dancing, and storytelling. Check the schedule to find out when events and concerts are happening on various stages.
- The Church and Stone Stages host concerts that may be louder.
- Artist tents and demonstration areas may have ambient sound or music.
- Weekends and night times tend to be more crowded, thus, louder.

Smell 👃
- Concessions and dining areas have food smells throughout the day.
- The Culture Kitchen hosts cooking demonstrations that may include food or heat smells.

Sight 👁️
- The Culture Kitchen hosts cooking demonstrations and workshops with activities to view.
- Certain dance performances may include eye-catching elements like regalia, props, and movement.
- At folk artist demonstration tents, artists create work on-site, so there are varying levels of visual stimulation.

Touch ✋
- Some folk artists will have hands-on activities. Others may allow touching of artwork.

Taste 👅
- Look for Nut Allergy Alert signs at the food vendor booths.
- Menus will be viewable online via QR codes at each booth.
