ng you a truly accurate measurement of your feet. Methods like plaster casting are not only expen...sive but also leave room for human error in the production of your orthotics. With the development of our 3D TruCapture® scanning systems we have been able to eliminate most of the human error involved in producing custom orthotics. The combination of our accurate laser scanning and our Bio Dynamic air pillow we are able to scan your foot in a perfectly aligned position. Using the data from the eSoles 3D TruCapture technology, ePro footbeds are manufactured using state of the art 5 axis CNC machinery, allowing for consistent and accurate production. This process allows us to repeat the procedure of making your footbeds time after time without the need for additional scans. Our ePro Custom Footbeds are activity specific. Currently we make footbeds for walking, cycling, running, skiing, dress, fitness, golf, skate, field sports, and court sports. Each activity has a sports specific top cover, further customizing your footbed to your unique requirements. ePro Custom Footbeds use the highest quality materials featuring anti-bacterial and friction reducing technologies. Each custom insole is made with EVA foam, an ultra light material that provides superior support and alignment and is available in multiple densities. There is no longer a need to purchase ineffective over-the-counter insoles. Our 3D TruCapture scanning systems have enabled us to develop and produce our eFit®Custom Modular Footbeds. These revolutionary footbeds are designed by using mathematical analysis of the 3D shapes and sizes of over 50,000 Olympians, professional athletes and the general public. Years of research and development have been conducted by eSoles, world-class biomechanical specialists, the US Olympic committee and athletes in a myriad of disciplines, culminating in the most advanced custom modular footbeds found anywhere. In the past, over-the-counter insoles have promised comfort and support and left the consumer wanting more. Our eFit product line comes in three different categories for the activities you participate in most. They will provide you with the support you require without the need to be scanned. Each eFit Custom Modular Footbed comes with an interchangeable arch support system. This patented feature supports your arch and adapts to your feet by molding to them under normal body heat, using scientifically designed ribs to allow controlled flex as your feet move. Each product also comes with metatarsal pads, available in different heights, which help prevent hot spots and numbness in the forefoot and toe area. The International Cycling Science Symposium was an incredible success for eSoles. We were able to showcase our new Semi-Custom Footbed, our New Custom Molding Kit, and the custom footbeds for cycling, running, and skiing.
