Well folks, that’s a wrap for Persis Hair Salon. After 15 years we are closing our doors.

In our place a great locally owned Barber Shop will be opening soon. Please make sure to stop by and say hello.

Like many first-generation locally owned and operated businesses, we worked hard to serve our customers and we loved being part of your lives.

I am grateful to my family, friends, mentors and everyone else who has shared encouraging words and advice with me throughout this journey.

Thanks again to all our wonderful customers.

Hair salons have received conflicting guidance from government authorities.

We apologize to our dear customers and hope to serve you again soon. Stay safe.

As a small business owner who feel a deep connection to our customers and our community, we are eager to get back to doing what we love by serving our patrons. We want to reopen.

However, we are not able to do so, as we have not been able to procure Personal Protective Equipment and additional sanitation products needed to open.

Hair salons have a strong culture of cleanliness and safety. Hand washing and equipment disinfectants were ALL common and frequent practices.

However, masks, protective face shields, gloves and gowns are almost impossible to find.

I am grateful for our patrons support and patience. Stay tuned. Thanks for your understanding.

Stopped by the salon to water the plants. What a nice sight to see the roses are blooming.

I hope you are all doing well. I am working from home and sharpening my skills by coloring and styling my mom’s hair, every other day! 😊
