Ayana was great. She was very patient and gentle, yet competent. This was my first ever facial, but I could tell she knows what she's doing and she's good at what she does. I did have a slight panicky moment, feeling a bit claustrophobic with the steam and towels, but she was great about pausing for a few minutes, which I appreciated. She took time afterward to walk me through the products she used and recommended what I would need on a daily basis. Overall, I thought the service was excellent and my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. I will definitely be back again. Thank you!
