- Make sure to drink your water, at least 100 oz a day!⁠

- Drink lemon water for Vitamin C, overall wellness and gut health. ⁠

- Drink green tea for antioxidants. ⁠
⁠
- Add chia seeds in a smoothie for extra fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. ⁠

All of these are great to do first thing in the morning, before you hit the coffee. Stay hydrated all!⁠
