There is a lot being revealed right now.

What matters.
What doesn’t.
What can no longer continue.
What you’ve outgrown.
What your body, heart and spirit have been trying to tell you.

With Saturn, Neptune + Pluto all retrograde, this season is asking us to look inward before we move forward.

Pluto ☄️ (retrograde til’ Oct) is exposing the deeper patterns, attachments and versions of ourselves that are ready to be released.

Neptune (retrograde til’ Dec) is clearing illusion and helping us see what we may have been avoiding, idealizing or refusing to fully accept.

Saturn 🪐 (retrograde til’ Dec) is bringing us back to truth, responsibility, boundaries and the life we are actually building.

And sometimes these realizations come through moments that shake us awake.

My recent health scare did that for me.

It reminded me how precious life is and how little desire I have left to spend mine forcing, tolerating, overextending or living in ways that no longer feel true to myself, my kids, my business 🌹

Maybe you’re having your own version of that realization right now.

Pay attention to what is becoming impossible to ignore.

This is a beautiful time to reassess.
To simplify.
To release.
To make different choices.
To come back to yourself.
