I wanted to specifically show this client consultation because she booked the wrong service . You have to make sure you’re booking consultations with your service providers because unfortunately, some people won’t have the time to do what you’re actually wanting . Was she originally wanted was an overall level seven brown caramel, all the way to the top( that would be a color correction, double process) . After further discussing, she also is not a high maintenance person when it comes to getting her hair done. I educated her on how she would have to be in every4 to 6 weeks for a root touchup. The appointment booked was only for a 2 1/2 hour timeslot , instead, I did a balayage on her better suited for her lifestyle, which ended up taking six hours. Make sure you’re booking consultations with your service providers. I’m just extremely happy that I had the time to give her something that she loved, but also complementary to her lifestyle.
