Many clients struggle with feeling like their hair just never feels like it gets clean enough.
After troubleshooting with my clients, I often find one culprit that pops up in their routine…
They are only shampooing their hair once.
You might be thinking “is it really necessary to shampoo twice?” and the short answer is yes!
Shampooing twice allows the first shampoo to lift and break up the build up and the second shampoo will wash it away. This is especially important after multiple days of not shampooing or if you use products like dry shampoo, workout often, or your hair has lots of environmental exposure like swimming in lakes and oceans.
