UPDATE: Executive order mandates closing of non-essential businesses that are in Oklahoma counties with confirmed cases of COVID-19. To protect the health & safety of all Oklahomans, all nonessential businesses & non critical infrastructures will be closed in counties with community spread of COVID-19. Businesses explicitly listed include hair salons. The order on non-essential businesses in affected counties will be re-evaluated on April 16. Please stay safe and be well.
