Someday your best looks like crossing everything off your to-do list.
Other days, your best looks like simply getting through the day.
Both count.
Be gentle with yourself today.
What do you need to give yourself grace for this week?

I LOVE a good before and after, and this is exactly why my Dermaplane Glow Treatment is one of my favorite treatments.
We removed the buildup of dead skin + most of that peach fuzz, then gave her skin exactly what it needed to leave it looking smoother, brighter, hydrated, and so
And yes… It really is as soft as it looks.
Deplaning isn’t just about removing peach buzz – it gives us that beautiful fresh canvas so your skincare can do its thing and your skin can glow.
Dermaplaning + Eminence Organics = Skin Win every time!!🥰💃🏻
Sometimes the before and after says it better than I ever could.

Your skincare routine doesn’t have to feel like one more thing on your to-do list.
I actually love doing mine, but I know that may not be everyone’s cup of tea. So make it something you enjoy—light a candle, turn on some music or a podcast, and give yourself a few quiet minutes at the end of the day.
It doesn’t have to be long or complicated. The best routine is the one you’ll actually stick with.
Make it feel like a little “me time,” not homework. 💕
What’s one small win you’ve had recently?
I’ll go first…
This week I had a client tell me she was so glad she found me, and another tell me she never thought her skin could feel this smooth again. 🥹
Those may seem like little moments, but they reminded me why I love what I do. Helping someone feel good about their skin — and knowing they trust me with it — definitely felt like a win this week.
Now I want to hear yours!
Big, small, serious or silly… it all counts. Let’s celebrate each other a little today.💕
I don’t just do facials.
I create space for rest.
I support healing.
I help people feel seen.
Forever grateful to hold space, care deeply, and pour love into every face and every soul that finds their way into my cozy space .
Let’s Take a Closer Look: Dry vs. Dehydrated Skin
I hear this all the time…
“My skin is so dry.”
Sometimes it is. But sometimes it’s actually dehydrated, and the two aren’t the same.
Think of it this way…
Dry skin doesn’t produce enough oil. It’s a skin type, and it’s something you’re generally born with.
Dehydrated skin is lacking water. It’s a skin condition, and it can happen to anyone—even if your skin is oily.
That’s why it’s so important to know what your skin actually needs.
If your skin is dry, we’re usually looking to replenish oils and support your skin barrier with richer moisturizers and nourishing ingredients.
If your skin is dehydrated, we’re focused on restoring water to the skin with hydrating ingredients, protecting the barrier, and making sure we’re not over-exfoliating.
But here’s something I always remind my clients…
Healthy skin isn’t just about what you put on your skin—it’s also about how you care for your body. Staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet with plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, and protein all help support healthy skin from within.
Topical skincare is important, but it works best when it’s paired with healthy habits.
And here’s something that surprises a lot of people…
You can have oily, dehydrated skin.
You can have dry, dehydrated skin.
You can even have combination skin that’s dehydrated.
That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all skincare. Every skin tells a different story.
Healthy skin > perfect skin.
If you’re not sure whether your skin is dry or dehydrated, I’d love to help. During your facial or consultation, we’ll take a closer look and build a routine that’s designed specifically for your skin.
Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.
Protecting your peace, saying no when you need to, stepping away from the noise for a little while.
Taking a quiet morning walk, book the facial, reading a book…..
Life gets bust and there will slays be something that needs your attention.
Make sure you are giving a little bit of that attention to yourself too .
You are allowed to make time for what brings you peace.
What does taking time for yourself look like to you?

Double cleansing has become one of my favorite skincare habits, and this is what I love to start with. 🌿
The Stone Crop Cleansing Oil has this beautiful silky texture that melts away makeup, sunscreen, excess oil and everything your skin has collected throughout the day—without leaving it feeling tight or stripped.
I also love the stone crop, which helps hydrate and soothe the skin, along with nourishing oils that leave it feeling soft and balanced.
Then I follow with my regular cleanser, and my skin just feels clean—but still comfortable.
And if the word “oil” makes you nervous, cleansing oils aren’t just for dry skin! They can be a really gentle first cleanse for so many skin types.
For me, a good nighttime routine starts right here.
WE HAVE A WINNER!
I went old school for this one — names in a jar and one lucky name drawn! 😂
Congratulations to our Sunny Days Glow Giveaway winner, Megan Mathewson!!!
And a BIG thank you to everyone who booked with me in July and entered. I loved putting this little bundle together for you, and I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
Stay tuned… you never know when I might decide to do another one! 😉
Some of us have been taught that rest is something we have to earn—after the work is done, after the house is clean, after everyone else is taken care of.
But the truth is, rest isn’t a reward. It’s a necessity.
Give yourself permission to slow down, take a deep breath, and recharge without guilt. Your mind, body, and soul will thank you for it.
