Sick Season Is Approaching!

Sick season is approaching, and I figured this would be a great time to update everyone about my policies! As we all know, it is unfortunate to get sick and have to move your schedule around, but, if you are feeling sick, please inform me as soon as you know. I will do the same on my end if I am not feeling well. Your health and my health are WAY more important than a hair appointment, and we can work together to get you back on the schedule.

I am very understanding of reasons to reschedule last minute, etc, but here is the rundown of my updated policies.

- To avoid any fees make sure that you are confirming your appointment when you get the confirmation texts.

- Cancellations need to be made no less than 24 hours before your appointment time.

- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours beforehand, you will be charged a non-refundable fee, anywhere from 50% of the booked service.

- No show/no calls are absolutely unacceptable, and the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service cost and will be non-refundable.

- Please use my booking link to cancel, reschedule, book, etc. Starting January 2025, I will require everyone to go through my booking link to reserve appointments with me. This ensures that you are not waiting for me to respond back to you via text message, as I get a ton of those throughout the week and I can occasionally miss them. It also ensures that I have an updated card on file for everyone. This is required for ALL of my clients to protect my business. :)

Obviously, like I have said before, I understand things come up, so please just communicate with me and make that clear. Also, know that this is my business and I have to do everything I possibly can to protect it.

I take pride in making sure that I have plenty of time set aside for YOU and your needs. This includes coming in 30 minutes to an hour before your appointment time to set up for YOU.
