Haircuts
• Every 6–8 weeks to maintain length & shape
• 8–12 weeks if you’re growing it out

All-Over Color
• Every 4–6 weeks (especially for gray coverage)

Toner / Gloss Refresh
• Every 4–8 weeks to keep color fresh, shiny & vibrant

Highlights
• Every 8–12 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows and the contrast between your new growth and highlights.

Balayage
• Every 12–16 weeks (sometimes longer!)
• Toner refresh in between for that just-done look

Pro tip: You don’t always need every service at every visit. Some clients prefer to rotate between full & partial appointments to maintain their look while saving time and money!

Blending your grays vs. covering your grays — which is right for you?

Gray Blending (Highlights):
Adding highlights is a great way to blend grays without fully covering them. This option is lower maintenance and grows out softly with no harsh line. Your gray hairs are still there, they’re just less noticeable and more diffused.

Gray Coverage (Solid Color):
Using an all-over or root color will fully cover gray hair. This is a higher-maintenance option since new growth shows more quickly and creates a defined line as your hair grows.
