We’re excited to share an update for this Monday’s cutting class.

We’ll be hosting Matt Conn as he closes out his coast-to-coast education tour right here in his hometown AND for the first time teaching at another local salon.

Matt is known for his work in:
• French cutting techniques
• Refining fundamentals for real-world salon work
• Thoughtful, efficient techniques you can immediately apply behind the chair

Local classes with Matt don’t come around often, which makes this one especially meaningful. If you’ve been wanting education that’s both elevated and practical, this is a rare opportunity to learn from a hometown artist with global experience.

✨ Meet Josie McClendon ✨

Josie joined our newest Alchemy team member and is currently apprenticing as she grows her skills and finds her rhythm behind the scenes. She brings a calm, creative energy to the salon and cares deeply about creating spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.

When she’s not at the salon, she’s probably cooking something cozy, doodling in a notebook, gaming, or hanging out with friends and family. Thoughtful, artistic, and always learning - this is just the beginning of her journey, and we’re so excited to see her grow!

This Monday - Hanzo Cutting Class at Alchemy

We’re looking forward to hosting Collin Martin this Monday at 2PM for a free cutting class, and we still have a couple of spots open for stylists who want to join us.

If you’ve been wanting some fresh inspiration or a dry-cutting perspective heading into the new year, this will be a great hands-on class to be part of.

We also still need 1 model for the demo.
If you’re open to a free cut and want to be considered, please DM a photo of your current hair. You do not have to lose length!

Alchemy Hair Studio is opening a limited number of booth rent stations for January, and we’re looking for stylists who want independence without stepping into a chaotic environment.

If you’ve been wanting a fresh start, a calmer space, or a studio that feels aligned with the quality of your work, this might be the right move. Our salon is built around clean aesthetics, intentional design, and a luxury guest experience, so both you and your clients feel cared for the moment you walk in.

What we provide:
• Aveda-aligned atmosphere with elevated, modern branding
• Fully furnished stations - clean, cohesive, and ready to work
• Hot towels + hospitality touches that elevate the guest experience
• Secure key + keypad entry for flexible scheduling
• Full freedom to use your preferred color + product lines
• Commission offered on any Aveda retail sold

Rent: $180/week
Lease: 6-month minimum
Move-In: January
Availability: 3 stations only
