You can also go to my website and print out the health screen questionnaire and have it all completed before you arrival.

When I learned this, I made sure I started eating more frozen loaves. To be honest, I love my fresh loaves so much, it was hard to start finding ways to use frozen loaves. But here is two ways I use frozen loaves and love them:

1. Slice and freeze a loaf and use for toast!!! It tastes just as good as fresh in my opinion!
2. Freeze a whole loaf and then freshly bake it (325 degrees for 25-40 minutes) and serve fresh as a dinner loaf!! I love this method with my flavored loaves.

Make sure and follow to learn how to escape the food system and take back your health. And to challenge the status quo.

I freeze most of my bread now for this reason. I think it actually tastes better and being a pro biotic is a win win!
