Itโs 2022, you should know better by now but just in case you donโt โ St. Ives contains walnut shells that create micro tears on the top layer of your skin.
๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐โ๐ก? ๐ช๐ฒ๐น๐น, ๐ถ๐ ๐ถ๐.
Those micro-tears allows surface bacteria to enter the deeper layers of your skin which leads to long term inflammation.
To sum it all up.. just donโt use it!
If you want that physical exfoliation without the irritation .. Ask your Esthetician about performing a microdermabrasion treatment instead. ๐ซถ๐ฝ Your skin will thank you later.
