I was inspired to share this information after seeing another stylist post about this issue.

We have a lot of clients who have reported having this problem.

So I wanted to share with you some ways that you can help boost new hair growth and increase speed of the growth.

•Increase your gelatin, collagen and bone broth intake.

•Replenish minerals. This can be done with supplements, switching to Himalayan pink salt for your cooking and adding a shake or two to your filtered (not purified) water.

•Massage Rosemary, Cedarwood, and/or copaiba essential oils into the scalp. You want to make sure these are %100 pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils.

•Decrease your stressors. Take a seat. Step away from situations that stress you out. Even if that means distancing yourself from places or people that you love. Just for a bit.

•Eat foods that support your thyroid to help balance hormone levels. (Quick duckduckgo search.. since google is crap) 🤷🏻‍♀️

•Increase growth rate by using my favorite supplement to boost hair, skin, nail AND joint health. Sulfurzyme.
