My Dearest Clients,

Effective January 1, 2023, I am implementing my updated cancellation policy. Unfortunately, like most of us, this economy has been unforgiving to my business. To ensure that you receive the service you deserve, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of half the price of the scheduled service must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment with me. In addition, no shows require the full price of the scheduled service to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. I strive to provide each client the best service possible, therefore, this policy is necessary. I deeply value each of my clients individually and am so thankful for your continued loyalty.
