CANCELLATION & LATE POLICIES

Hello hello! Here is a quick reminder on my policies with the end of the year coming up + flu season + holiday craziness- just to make sure you are WELL AWARE I will be strictly enforcing these policies.

(& I promise these are solely to keep myself in business so I can keep giving you all beautiful brows and not because I specifically want to ruin your day 😘)

Late Policy⏰
All appointments are expected to start ON TIME. You have a 5 minute grace period, after that you will be charged $5, after 10 minutes you will be charged $10 with the amount increasing by $1 for every minute after that.
Please text me that you are running late so I can plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy❌
If you need to cancel or reschedule you may do so online 48 hours before the start time of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule after the 48 hour mark, you will need to text me to do so, (714) 224-4730, and you will lose 50% of your payment.
If you same day cancel or no-show your appointment for any reason you will lose 100% of the payment used to book the service.

Same Day Rescheduling🗓️
If you need to need to reschedule your appointment time to another time ON THE SAME DAY (if there's one available) you will be charged a $25 same day reschedule fee.

It's never fun to enforce these policies- BELIEVE ME. Buuuut bringing you a high quality brow service business requires being the stern business owner that protects said business 🥲

Not forever! (promise🫶)

But I will be leaving soon on a summer vacation for 2 weeks! (CRAZY!)

I will be out of the studio from 7/3-7/21 with my first day back being Monday the 22nd! I have added a few Fridays & Mondays to the schedule (towards end of june/that first week of july) to try to make up for some of the days I'll be gone so that I can fit you in before the holiday & your own summer plans! If you have a special event anywhere close to those dates I recommend booking now to ensure you're able to get the day/time you need!

thank you thank you in advance for understanding and getting those appointments booked! This is my first big trip as a business owner- actually my first big trip EVER, so I'm trying my best to prepare and make things go as smooth as possible. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous😅 Definitely a pinch me moment! For anyone wondering I will be traveling through Europe- Italy, Croatia, Amsterdam, and France! With nothing more than a backpacks worth of clothes (wish me luck haha) If anyone has any travel tips or favorite spots I would LOVE to hear them🤗
