Resonance Cacao

Grown on the living slopes of Chichontepec in El Salvador, our cacao begins where fire, water, and wind meet. Mineral-rich volcanic soil feeds the trees. A stream flowing from nearby sulfur fields nourishes the land. Ocean breezes rise inland and move through the groves, carrying freshness across the mountain.

This is a place shaped by movement — a living volcano beneath, flowing water beside, and generations of human hands guiding the harvest. Families here have cultivated cacao for more than 1,500 years, passing down knowledge through lived experience, season by season. Their relationship with the land is not technique alone — it is memory, resilience, and care.

From this origin, the cacao is harvested and fermented at source, then roasted and finished in small batches in both El Salvador and Twentynine Palms — where desert sun, intention, and sacred alignment continue the transformation.
