We started with a little longer then shoulder length faded box dye! Her hair was super warm with ashy roots. We got her to a gorgeous color, and a few weeks later installed these covet and mane extensions. 🫶🏼

You will receive a reminder for every appointment booked. Please make sure your contact info is correct when booking an appointment.
I have started requiring non refundable deposits on most appointments.
Below are my policies.

Rescheduling:
Clients will be able to reschedule their appointments through their confirmation up to 24 hours before the appointment. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time.
Once you are within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will need to contact me directly to reschedule. The initial appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to make a new appointment.

Cancelling and Rebooking:
If a client cancels an appointment and then books a completely new one, the deposit for the original cancelled appointment remains with that appointment. A new deposit will be required when scheduling a new appointment. (To avoid this, try to find a time to re schedule your appointment before the 24 hour window instead of canceling.)

Updating Date/Time:
If you contact Taylor to update the appointment date and time before the 24 hour mark and a time is agreed upon by both parties, the deposit will remain with that appointment. If this is requested by client after the 24 hour mark of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be counted as a cancellation. Cancellations require a new deposit to book again.

Stylist Cancelations or Re Booking:
If the stylist has to change your appointment time the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date/time. If the stylist has to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour mark of your appointment time, your deposit will be transferred, and you will receive a 10% discount on the appointment.

Showing up late:
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and the deposit will be lost.
If you are 10 minutes late and we still do your service….your service may be adjusted to a partial and we may not have time for the blow dry/style. After 15 minutes the stylist will leave the salon and your deposit will be forfeited. The appointment will be counted as a no show.

NO SHOW:
If you no show an appointment your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re book. You may not be re booked depending on the number of times you have no showed an appointment.

Card (with processing fee)
