Good morning my beautiful Wild Manes!! I have some “house keeping” to handle in this post and a heads up on some potential changes to my April schedule. 🤗

🥀I have had some clients who have needed to reschedule, I understand life happens and we need to move things around. However, I do need as much notice as possible so I can try to fill your spot. With that said, as long as I receive 48 or more hours notice there will be no fee for rescheduling. With a warning less than 48 hours I will be charging 1/2 the price of the service from today on. I understand that life happens, however even my travel time for appointments isn’t something I can’t recuperate without proper notice.

🥀Unfortunately I have also been experiencing more and more clients arriving late. Again I get life happens, however if you are more than 15 minutes late I will be charging the full service amount and will be unable to offer you the service in that appointment slot. This rule is not meant to seem cruel, but when one person is late it throws my whole day off making me late for the rest of the day. If you don’t want me to be late to your appointment or others making your appointment run later, please be courteous and be on time 💕

🥀The last item on the docket for housekeeping at the moment: I may potentially have jury duty. Hopefully by the end of the week I will know for sure and if it impacts any of my preexisting appointments I will reach out as well as update my availability on my books.
