It's hard to even find the right words after what happened today.

My heart is with everyone involved, their families, and everyone in our community that's hurting tonight. Please continue to keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.

I also just want to say thank you to all of our law enforcement officers, EMS, firefighters, dispatchers, hospital staff, and every first responder who showed up without hesitation. Thank you for everything you did today and for the sacrifices you make every single day to keep our community safe. We appreciate you more than words can say.
