Evelyn Isabel Esthetics is looking for a highly efficient scheduler to join our team (please read in full).

Requirements:
*Must be confident in the following areas*
- [ ]very, very organized!
- [ ] time efficient on all levels (time sensitive communication /ability to create and sustain business-client relationships
- [ ] ability to adapt to an un-set schedule( fluctuating work hours, unplanned requests/changes, etc.)
~ Key Roles &!expectations ~
- [ ] ability to book & reschedule appointments promptly, correctly, and efficiently
- [ ] must be willing to be trainable apply knowledge comprehensively to the booking system
- [ ] is competent at enforcing policy to ensure best practices with clarity (& grace)
~ Knowledge of operational office protocol~
- [ ] consistency execute daily studio routines while maintaining a helpful, positive employee attitude (includes light chores
- [ ] EX: open-close studio, prep/inform boss of the day's schedule (print & deliver), room setup, answer phones, promptly greet incoming clients, notify boss of arriving appointments, notify client of any changes, organize schedules, light studio cleaning & organization of supplies
- [ ] communicate effectively, actively, and independently quick to learn in order to problem solve (**this is a highly communicative role,i.e. inquisitive customers, etc. {the boss should be the last person to ask minor questions too}
- [ ] maintain schedule policies across all platforms via booking system ( ability to be direct/professional at all times)**KEY**
