I have been OVERWHELMED with love this morning as I sent my baby girl back to school. We are extremely blessed to have her healthy and back to doing “normal” things, but it is still nerve wracking to be back to doing normal things after the year we had.

I have been running around trying to keep myself busy while she’s at school and was recognized by two different strangers as “Dylan’s mom.” Both women told me how strong and amazing I am and how they have been following and routing for Dylan!

I have done a lot of crying in my car today and grabbed myself a little sweet treat on my way to work. And seeing that “sunshine state of mind” sticker on my drink just brought the biggest smile (and tears) to my face.

Life is good yall. Life is feeling so much lighter and I am feeling more and more alive. So incredibly grateful to be back to doing normal things.

I know I have been very absent on this account and am VERY behind on messages. If you have not heard already my youngest daughter was diagnosed with cancer the beginning of November and started chemo soon after. My books are closed for now as we navigate our new “normal” in and out of the hospital.

I will be taking a leave of absence until further notice. I will miss you all and hope to continue to do brows sometime in the future.
