I like to look at a situation and no matter what emotion I am experiencing (anger, sadness, disappointment or otherwise), I always ask myself - what is beautiful about this situation?

Personal Story- I used to get SO upset with my mother for making me redo things until it was perfect. I held that anger inside for many years. It wasn't until 2020 when reflecting on those many situations with my mom, that I finally saw the beauty in it. I actually thanked her this past Christmas🎄 for guiding me to do better. Perhaps she is the reason that I can be so meticulous in my work and other areas of life. In finding the beauty for something that happened, allowed me to forgive and appreciate my precious mother❤
