Hi Everyone!

Toppers Salon is open and I am officially scheduling appointments for July! My work days will consist of some Wednesday evenings, AND Saturdays! I am so excited to get back in there and get my hands on some hair, but with that there are some feelings of cautiousness. I wanted to assure you and ease you of any concerns.

Below are some changes you can expect in the coming weeks. Some are subjected to change again as long as Covid is around, so please bear with me🙌🏼

⚠️SCHEDULING
:: For all future appointments, please call or text my personal phone (707)972-1796. I will answer phone calls and texts (preferably texts) for business between the hours of 9am - 6pm Tuesday - Saturday.
:: My working days will however now consist of Wednesday evenings, and all day Saturday! With that being said, appointments will be more spread out, limiting how many clients I can take in a day.
:: I will be scheduling extra time between each appointment. This is to thoroughly sanitize and limit the crossing of paths between clients in my chair.

🔮APPOINTMENTS
:: I will be "Health Screening" at the time of scheduling as well as before we start your appointment.
:: You will have to bring a facial covering, ear loop is preferred. I do NOT have extras at this time.
:: Our self-serve stations & all reading materials have been eliminated. I can offer you water or your can bring your own snack/beverage.
:: Please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time; please call or text that you have arrived and I will open the door for you.
:: Please only use the front door entrance.
:: Please be on time. I will have to enforce this strictly, if you are later than 10 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment.
:: I can only take ONE client at a time; unless they have a scheduled appointment, your child(ren) may not accompany you to your appointment.
:: I am unable to provide FACE WAXING services for the time being.

🧽SANITIZING
:: I will be fully sanitizing my tools and station between each guest. This will be done with an EPA approved sanitizer/disinfection solution.
:: I have been certified for both regular and COVID sanitation through Barbicide, which is my preferred sanitizing solution.

🚨PRICING/CANCELLATIONS
:: I updated my pricing last year, but have slowly started bringing everyone to the new price point. The new price points will be in full effect. If you have any questions, please let me know.
:: If a client or myself are experiencing any symptoms, appointments WILL be cancelled.
:: My cancellation policy WILL BE enforced if you are late/no show & we have to cancel.
