Life Update🫶🏻🥹

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, and I want to be honest about why.

Behind the scenes, I’ve still been busy with appointments, but I haven’t been showing up online the way I used to. And truthfully, I’ve realized that constantly creating, posting, photographing, planning, and trying to keep up with being a content creator has started taking more from my everyday life than I want it to.

I built this business because I LOVE makeup. I love my clients. I love creating beautiful moments and being part of such special days.

But looking back at my 2026 goals.. I also built this life with my family, and lately I’ve really loved being more present for them. Less rushing. Less overwhelm. More time at home. More time with the people I love.

So for now, I’m choosing a little more balance.

I’m not closing my doors. I’m not saying goodbye. 🤍

For the 2027 calendar, I’ll be opening 12 select appointment dates (one a month) with the exception of prom season. That’s it. Just a smaller, more intentional version of Soco DeMariee while I make room for the parts of my life that matter just as much.

And who knows… maybe one day I’ll find myself wanting to dive back into it all again. And if I do, I’ll be here. 😂

For now, I just wanted my clients and the people who have supported me through all of this to hear it from me.
