One of the biggest indicators of a properly applied lash set is placement.
Every extension (whether it’s a classic lash or a volume fan) is intentionally attached approximately 1-2mm away from the eyelid and lash line. Extensions should NEVER be glued directly to the skin.
Proper placement helps:
✔️ Prevent irritation and discomfort
✔️ Reduce the risk of adhesive reactions
✔️ Allow natural lashes to grow and shed properly
✔️ Create better retention and healthier natural lashes
If lash extensions feel pokey, itchy, or painful, the issue is often improper placement rather than the lashes themselves.
