I like to get mine first thing in the morning, cup of coffee in hand ☕ and feet on the ground 🌿—a little ritual that supports my skin and my nervous system.

3. I love buying new coffee mugs. Not just any mug—it needs the right weight, a good handle, and a little personality. Finding one that makes the cut feels like a mini victory. (These are the kinds of things that light you up after 40. It’s weird. It’s wonderful.🤷🏼‍♀️)

4. I’d like to be all “nature and green smoothies”… but let’s be real—I’m more of a Bravo and blanket girl. Not proud. But I do have other redeeming qualities.
