✨ STYLIST SPOTLIGHT: ERICAH ✨

Meet Ericah at Lawrenceburg Great Clips!
Her love for hair started at home, where her younger sister was always doing her hair and makeup and making her feel beautiful. After turning 18, Ericah practiced until she became the official “hair girl” of her friend group — and she discovered just how much she loved making others feel confident, happy, and beautiful too!

Outside the salon, Ericah is a busy mom and wife to a family of SIX kids — 2 girls and 4 boys, ages 10 down to 1! Talk about a full house! ❤️

One of her favorite things about being part of our salon family is the laughter, inside jokes, support, and all the shenanigans that make every day anything but dull.

But most of all, Ericah wants every guest to leave feeling better than when they sat down. A confident smile and hearing, “What’s your name for next time?” is what makes her love what she does. ✂️

Her Story:

Amber was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma, triple-negative breast cancer. And in an incredibly heartbreaking turn, her mom is currently battling breast cancer as well.
Amber is undergoing a strenuous treatment plan with one goal in mind: to eradicate this cancer. And through it all, she continues to fight with incredible strength, courage, and determination. We could not be more proud of her.

Amber is so much more than her diagnosis.
She is a wife and mom of two, a passionate educator, a mentor, and someone who has dedicated her career to lighting a spark in the next generation of hairstylists.

Amber has been part of our Great Clips family for 8 years and counting. Her tenacity, determination, and desire to learn and lead quickly moved her through the leadership ranks.

Today, she serves as our Director of Recruiting & Education, where she builds relationships with local students and educators, empowers confidence in up-and-coming stylists, and pours into our industry specialists as they grow in their own leadership roles.

She brings an incredible work ethic, a caring heart, and a true leader's mindset to everything she does.

Amber has spent years pouring into others. This October, we want to pour that same love right back into her. 💗
