Formation Salon and Spa

Dear Formation Salon Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Tee’s mother and Paris and Paige’s grandmother.

One of the beautiful parts of a family business is that our clients become an extension of our family. However, when tragedy touches one member of a family business, it affects several members of the team at once. Tee, Paris, and Paige are taking time to grieve, support one another, and make the necessary arrangements following this unexpected loss.

We invite you to join us in extending your condolences, prayers, and kind thoughts to their family during this difficult time. Your compassion and patience mean more than you know.

Tee will have limited availability during the next few weeks. Her current appointment availability includes:

October 6–9
October 12–14

Regular salon operations are expected to resume on October 26. If you need an appointment during this time, please contact the salon, and we will do our best to accommodate you with the available members of our team.

Thank you for allowing Tee, Paris, and Paige the space they need to process this tremendous loss. We are deeply grateful for the love and support our clients continue to show our family and the entire Formation Salon and Spa team.

With gratitude,
Formation Salon and Spa
