It was the first EVER of its kind in the world, offered by the Strangulation Institute - and I was there! The topic was staged crime scenes arranged to throw off investigators and forensic nurses. I felt like a sponge soaking up the volumes of transformative information and can’t wait to bring my new knowledge back to Missoula.

I always want my patients to completely understand the variety of injection choices offered prior to their decision. These include price, correct product, risks, benefits, side-effects, and preparation, just to mention a few! I’ve always considered myself a conservative injector, not⁠

Afraid of needles but still interested in getting Botox or lip fillers? First off, you are not alone! 10-20% of people are afraid of needles! The needles I use for injecting are SUPER tiny so it hurts much less than you would think. I also ice the injection area beforehand, so that it slightly numbs your skin. And even better, Juvederm lip filler comes WITH Lidocaine, so it numbs the skin as it’s injected. If you are squeamish about needles, just let me know before your procedure and I will do my best to make you as comfortable as possible. So whatever you do, DON’T put off your procedure because of needle-related anxiety! We all deserve to have more youthful looking skin.⁠
