Join us for outdoor yoga by the creek, every Saturday @ 10am! 🧘 All are welcome! Our instructors, Steph Rayburn and Courtney Jarrell, are very helpful and patient with everyone. If you’ve ever wanted to try out a yoga class without any pressure or commitment, THIS is your opportunity!

Kathy, a local to Sylva, grows these medicinal plants in her own backyard, makes all the salves by hand, then delivers them to us at Pinnacle!

Join us for yoga on the deck tomorrow @ 10am! Enjoy the sounds of the creek and soak up the sun while getting a good stretch.

Our instructor this week, Courtney Jerrell, has 17 years of yoga teaching experience, teaching a variety of yoga classes across the country including aerial yoga, children's yoga, yin, SUP and vinyasa style classes. She enjoys combining her love of the outdoors with her love of yoga, deepening her connection with nature.
