drinking more water never treated or cured acne as a standalone practice. you have to actually TREAT the cause. whether that be thru healthy lifestyle&dietary changes, a better skincare routine, a better hygiene practice, etcā¦.but water was never the treatment.

Seeing the baby estheticians make mistakes waxing online is one thing....but
US SEASONED, VETERAN baddie waxers HAVE TO do better and get back to the BASICS of skin waxing. pulling the wax strip PARALLEL to the skin. Applying wax in the right direction, following hair growth. Doing INTAKE forms prior to waxing guests! This is for our clients safety!

What are the best lotions / hydrators to use on your body and why.
1. Ceremides+humectants are best everyday use that is applicable to almost all skin types. Light weight, and helps with barrier support.
2. Urea bases are great for people who struggle with dry and or rough skin. DEFINITELY my fav for eczema and psoriasis. If you want SMOOTH and HYDRATED skin, best pick here.
3. Lactic Acid not only helps hydrate, but also lightly exfoliates skin, so if youre struggling to stay hydrated, BUT ALSO deal with KP, ingrowns, flaky skin, or rough skin, this is a great choice.
4. Rich Barrier / repair creams is what category 4 is. Great for REALLY dry skin, BUT, make sure you leave the skin a bit damp when using.
5. Lipid/oil rich is category 5. These help keep the skin soft and supple, BUT REMEMBER, adding oil/emollients AFTER hydrating will do this, AS WELL as helping maintain hydration in skin.
