These past few weeks I have taken the time to really soak in the amount of gratitude and accomplishment I have had in my rookie year in the NPC.

Coming off of the Idaho Cup show, it really hit me hard that my amateur year is over. I will never get that back. I was almost grieving it and it still gets me emotional. Not just the fact that it is over and my hormones are all out of wack, but realizing I did the damn thing! And did more than I ever thought I was capable of. I only had the dream of competing one or two times, hoping I would be at least be top 5 and look like I belong on stage. Proud is an understatement.

8 - 1st place
2 - 2nd place
1 - 5th place (nationals)
And a Triple Crown Award

I’m not special, no one is special. This is just a reflection of incredible hard work, dedication, sacrifices, and laser focus. Stepping on stage doesn’t have to be a goal, and shouldn’t be. They can be personal achievements, professional, financial, truly anything. It just takes the guidance from an amazing coach/mentor and the dedication from the individual.

There are so many people to thank in just one post but most importantly my family. 💚

Your Overall 2025 Bikini Chamption 🏆

I cannot put how proud of myself I am into words. For my rookie year, placing 1st 5 times plus an OVERALL all within my first two shows is truly incredible and something I would never be able to come close to when I first started this journey.

This is a true testament of not staying “average” and sticking to the plan.

Keep grinding and strive to be better just a little bit every day and see how your life can unfold

I cried during my workout..

Not because it was hard physically.
Not because it was hard mentally.
Not because I have been doing this non stop for 6 months and “want” a break. Because I don't.

I cried out of pure gratitude. Setting up for hip thrusts for the 1000th time, and into my 3rd set, it finally clicked for me that I have just over two weeks until everything that I have been working for will pay off in some way or another.

I cried because I have the largest support team I could have ever dreamed of. Some of you I met online, but the vast majority of you are those I see daily, weekly, monthly, bi monthly and some I haven't seen in years telling me how excited and PROUD they are of me.

I cried because not everyone has the support system and I can't imagine how hard that is.

When emotions are high and all I can hear is my “bitch voice” talking as calls it.. I remember
To dig deep
The power one more
The moment I stop, is the moment I just let someone else win
I'm doing this to show others it is possible and you can do hard things.
Mamba mentality

People are there to support you. People are rooting you on. Give your goals 110% and watch your life unfold. Its not always a straight arrow pointing up.. Sometimes it is full of 90 degree turns, but you got this. You can do hard things 👊🏼
