We are thrilled to announce that Julie Ricko, Master Stylist at our Wayland salon, was recently promoted into an exciting new leadership role as Assistant Manager – Salon!

In addition to continuing her work behind the chair, Julie will be taking on a central role in designing and building our new certified apprenticeship program, guiding and mentoring our rising stylists. Her commitment to craft and mentorship makes her the perfect leader to shape the next generation of talent.

Julie is beloved by her clients and team alike for her warmth, thoughtful presence, and deep dedication to building intentional, long-term relationships. Beyond her extraordinary technique in vivid colors, dimensional foiling, balayage, advanced blonding, and certified smoothing treatments, it’s her heart for people that truly sets her apart.
