Overcoming the Funk & Tackling a 15-Year-Old Dream Moroccan Beldi Soap!
I’ve been in a bit of a creative rut lately, and for me, the only way out is to make something. So, I finally dug deep and tackled a project that has intimidated me for 15 years: traditional Moroccan Beldi Soap.
Because I’m not Moroccan, I felt a lot of pressure to respect the heritage of this ancient hammam ritual. But today, I pushed past the fear.
I pitted the dark olives, ground them into a velvety poultice, and infused the batch with healing moringa oil.
And honestly? It turned out beautiful. My skin is glowing, and my creative spark is officially back.
Sometimes, the project that scares you the most is the exact one you need to do.
