Hafer

Congratulations to our Marketing team! Yesterday, they were awarded at the SMPS Heartland Regional Conference Pinnacle Awards for their work on Hafer's annual Employee Appreciation Week. Always an employee favorite, the week was filled with fun, food and, most importantly, some well-deserved appreciation. The award-winning celebration was extra spy-cial. The espionage theme, complete with a week-long virtual mission, was a huge hit with our team.

We’re proud to see the creativity and hard work behind this special week recognized, especially for an event centered around our people!

Consider it Southern Illinois University Carbondale's new “front porch.”

The Tedrick Welcome Center is home to the SIU Foundation, a starting point for campus tours and a place for prospective students, alumni, donors and the campus community to come together.

And it makes a first impression. A sweeping curved glass wall and colonnade welcome visitors in, opening to bright, flexible spaces for campus tours, alumni and fundraising events, celebrations and other campus activities. And we can’t forget that Saluki pride. SIU branding woven throughout celebrates the spirit and personality of the university.

This project was in partnership with Design Works who served as Design Architect.

Our team spent Friday evening at Plaid & Timber Axe Throwing Company, enjoying Bauerhaus Catering & Pastry before putting our axe-throwing skills to the test. While we may not all be expert lumberjacks, we had plenty of fun giving it our best shot!
