PUMPKIN PATCH FOR CANCER

Starting September 1st 2020 (today) I will be hosting an handmade crochet and fabric pumpkin patch, at my salon! I'm sure most of you are wondering what this is.. so let me explain.

My mother Jennifer Haddox was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago, she put up a good fight and WON that battle. On JULY 13TH of this year (on her birthday) we found out it metastasized on her head and in her bones. (Stage 4 non curable) My heart broke for our little family when they gave us her prognosis. Most of you who have met my mother knows how kind, caring, loveable and just how beautiful she truly is!!!

The up and coming months she has/had started radiation treatments, but it was to hard on her body, ( the 35 rounds before, really put a damper on her) she is also taking oral medication to help slow the cancer from spreading.So to get away from the negative mama started making things again!, it keeps her busy and active! With that being said, selling her pumpkins and everything she hand makes will help her with medical bills, and medication.
Also, this is where I sob uncontrollably... my mother never ask for handouts and all she wants is to be remembered. All she said to me was "I want people to remember me when they pull out the special items I made them." So let's make her wish!
