Well this left handed thing isn't so bad. Packed a few orders today. I think I'll be at market tomorrow but will have to see how I feel after my first outing since last week. Thank you everyone for your patience this is not a quick recovery. But I'm not knocked down easily.

Proud of this girl for stepping up to being the milkmaid. It's something I'm not supposed to be doing at least for a few more weeks.
No market today for me and I miss it. Surgery went well with a far larger tear than expected. Makes me so glad I went through with it. I've watch more tv in the past few days and have caught up on sleep. I hope I will see you all next week.
What a busy week!! Thank you to everyone that came out to all events. Market today and then two store restocks. Another store restock Monday. Four hours of sleep last night and I came home and crashed. Tomorrow is a big making day to ensure I've got plenty for you. Tuesday is surgery day and still so much to tackle on the farm. Taking a break is not an easy task if I could I would push this out until winter.

My old .50 cent cutting board got an upgrade this week. I bought that old one so many years ago at a garage sale. The new one is much easier to cut with the pull down arm. Making it easier to one arm cut. Which comes the not so great news as to why I bought it.
Next Tuesday I will be having shoulder surgery on my right side. Last year was the left from a fall unloading a round bale of hay. This one appears to be from overcompensating. Guess you can only lift so many 50 lb feed sacks with one arm for so long.
I will not be at Farmers On The Square next week. I am going to do my best to be there the following week. Next weekend will be a little up in the air too. Shipping times could be affected. Inventory could be affected. But I will continue on. As a small business owner this is all a great amount of stress to not be able to be at my working at my normal level. As a people pleaser I feel like I let you down when I'm out of product or slow shipping.
But I just can't wait any longer for the repair. Taping something up only lasts for so long.
