The Fourth of July is one of the highest UV exposure days of the year. Between pool days, BBQs, parades, and fireworks, it’s easy to spend hours in the sun and even easier to forget to reapply sunscreen.
Here’s your skin checklist for the 4th of July:
☀️ Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ before heading outside.
⏰ Reapply every 2 hours (or more often if you’re swimming or sweating).
🧢 Wear a hat and seek shade whenever possible.
And don’t forget what happens after the fireworks...
The smoke and airborne particles released from fireworks can settle on your skin, potentially causing irritation, clogged pores, and flare-ups, especially if you have sensitive, reactive, or acne-prone skin.
