✨ Policy Spotlight: Outside Hair, Late Arrivals & Salon Etiquette ✨

To ensure a smooth, safe, and wonderful experience for everyone in my chair, here are a few final ground rules for booking with me!


Outside Materials & Client-Provided Hair: While I am happy to install client-provided hair extensions, a Liability Waiver must be signed prior to your installation service. I cannot offer any guarantees, warranties, or free redos on outside materials. Because I cannot verify the origin, chemical history, or quality of outside hair, any issues related to shedding, matting, or slippage fall under product liability with the original vendor.

Late Arrival Cutoff: I run on a tight schedule to give every client my full focus! If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next guest. Standard late-cancellation fees may apply.

Guests & Children: To keep the space relaxing and safe around hot tools, chemicals, and sharp equipment, please refrain from bringing extra guests or young children unless they are actively receiving a service.

Final Payment: All completed labor and service fees are non-refundable and due in full at the end of your appointment.

✨Policy Spotlight: Cancellations & Deposits✨
To help my schedule run smoothly and ensure every client gets the time and care they deserve, here is a quick guide to my booking and cancellation policies!

Card on File: All clients are required to save a card in our secure online booking system to reserve an appointment.

Deposits for Specialty Services: A deposit is required for all new clients booking color or extension appointments. Deposit amounts vary based on the specific service and will be applied directly to your final total on the day of your visit.

Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a flat $50 fee to help cover the reserved time.

No-Shows: If an appointment is missed without any notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Life Happens! (Emergencies): I completely understand that true emergencies come up! If something unexpected happens, please just reach out to let me know as soon as you can. I am always happy to work with you, waive fees for genuine emergencies, and get you rescheduled for the next available date.

To make sure everyone receives the best possible experience, I’m sharing a quick breakdown of my salon policies over my next few posts! A complete PDF guide will also be available soon on my booking site for easy access.

First up: Our Service Policy
Adjustment Period: Your satisfaction matters to me! If you need a tweak to your hair after a service, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment to get everything looking perfect.

Service Guarantee: If an issue arises from my application or technique, I gladly cover up to 2 complimentary adjustment appointments to make it right.

Client Care & Upkeep: Adjustments are complimentary when related to the original installation or service. Issues resulting from home care, self-removal, or outside products fall outside this policy and may require a standard service fee.

Third-Party Fixes & Self-Removal: To honor this guarantee, any adjustments or removals must be done by me. Visiting another stylist, attempting to fix/remove the hair yourself, or altering the work before I can assess it voids any complimentary adjustments, as it prevents me from seeing the original issue.

Finding the Right Fit: If we complete two adjustments and the style still isn't the right fit for you, I am happy to provide trusted recommendations for incredible local stylists who might better suit your hair goals.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances for extensions I will no longer be taking outside hair to work with. I do have a liability waiver you are more than welcome to sign if you are adamant on using outside house hair.

When using outside hair not sourced from a hairdresser I can not guarantee the style will stay, as the quality of hair will always impact how the installation sits.
