#2024 update.
I dissappear from face book to work on my self.
Physical, mentally, emotionally,spiritually and every ally. I worked out twice a day had my shake twice a day and my vitamins three times a day. It's the first time after having my daughter that I took time to love me more and work on me. I lost over 80 lbs in one year and people started talking crap about me doing my body. I was like heck yeah I did my body by eating clean self love and working out. Being a person that suffered from chronic depression it was not easy to take time for myself. But I did it. Then life happen and 2023 has thought me so much.
I'm super grateful. To Andrea King-Bird and Janet June Johnson Janet Derby Stanbury that taught me that life is gonna happen when you have a dream. I was in a major car accident I lost all my so called friends but I learnt a lesson from that that not everyone can go with you when you are on your way to success so I took that as a lesson learned. Them I found out I'm having a little one baby gallimore. And I'm like lord you is funny. So my journey begins again
I'm looking forward to the mindset and the new journey I'm on with new journey become new beginning.
