Do You prefer Disposable or Reusable mask? Actually! Lets go Over The Pros And Cons Of Each.

😷 Disposables pro’s:

- obviously that they’re disposable and you do not have to wash them
- Depending in the type the material is thinner and more breathable
- Easier to switch it through out the day
- Generally more comfortable to wear on the ears

🤿 Reusable pro’s:

- Can be washed with antibacterial soap for ideal cleanliness
- Thicker material to cover the face
- Can be more breathable than some disposables
- Mostly made from cotton making it less irritating to the skin

😷 Disposables con’s:

- Can cause breakouts due to the material
- Can be made from harmful materials that cause skin inflammation
- Has to be changed regularly (every 4 hours) to avoid bacterial acne/breakouts
- Material can hold more moisture than others

🤿 Reusable con’s:

- Have to be washed daily and you need at least two to get through the day
- Can be uncomfortable on ears
- Can cause breakouts if not washed and dried properly or changed often enough (every 4 hours)

Personally! I feel like reusable is the best way to go for the simple fact of cotton masks being available and we know how cotton is more breathable and caring for the skin. Also, you can wash it by hand with anti bacterial soap so you know all the germs are being washed away.

There’s no telling what processes the disposable masks have been through or what they are really made of and why they smell like that 😩

Here’s some tips to fix that! :

- Drinking 6-8 glasses is water a day can make all the difference in the look and feel of your skin. If your skin ever feels right like you left a clay mask on too long. Then it’s dehydrated!
- Add a humidifier to your bedroom! This extra boost of monster in the air will hydrate all of you’re organs including your skin off course!
- Add cucumbers to your diet! Cucumbers have this superpower where it can hydrate you on a cellular level! Add them to your salads, water or eat them by themselves.
- For every cup of coffee or tea you drink replace it with 1-2 bottles of water. Caffeinated drinks are very dehydrating to your body.
