Hello friends! I’m going to do this again starting this week! Walk get on the treadmill or exercise 2-3 times a week and we’ll start Zoom calls the first Sunday of January! Friend me on Connie Amos-Parsons and let’s get together virtually. I’m working on my last 10 lbs!

I have lost 31 pounds since July 2022! I had a specific goal and did it the healthy way—eating healthy fruits veggies lean meat chicken fish took vitamins walked and jogged up to 5-7 miles a day on the treadmill and lots of water. I’m now down to a size 10 which I haven’t been in years and I feel great! Try this regimen and see your results! My Blood pressure and heart rates decreased also.

Fun and had the gym to myself! Squats Sit ups Weights and 30 minutes treadmill!

To lose weight eat meals between 7 am - 7 pm. After 7 pm your body doesn’t digest the food so you don’t lose weight. Try it and you’ll see!

Today I’ve lost 2 lbs since Jan 12! I have 8 more to Go!!

! Did you know that the best times to eat breakfast lunch and dinner is between 7 am - 7 pm. Don’t eat AFTER 7 pm because the body doesn’t digest your food after that or when you’re sleeping. Test it and see before and after 7 pm. You won’t lose the weight when you get on the scale the next morning.
