Good morning all! Today is Equal Pay Day, which means March 12 is the day that (on average) a woman, doing the same job as a man, reaches the same pay that he did by December 31 of last year. Please take a moment to reach out to your legislator and urge them to help end pay disparity.
On another note, Happy Girl Scout Day! If you need some GS Cookies to celebrate, I have plenty at On Point Salon and would love to fill your cookie jar. I truly hope that by the time my granddaughter Zoe is in the work force, the pay gap has closed and women are truly appreciated for their contribution to their chosen profession.

I recently switched my color company to Duomo, an Italian line. I have loved the results on everything from lightening to multi dimensional to straight deposit.
